I enjoy writing. Every day I spend time reading and learning from others, as I continuously mold my own abilities. For many years, I have been interested in creative works, such as writing my own book, starting a podcast, and blogging, but they never felt real, more of a subconscious aspiration without action. That is, until this prior November, when I experienced such a wave of emotion, excitement, and anticipation, that I dove head first into creating this blog.
I appreciate the content books, podcasts, and blogs provide, but I never felt I had valuable information to share with others. Internally, I told myself, I'm not even 21 yet, what possible wisdom, insights, or motivation could I even provide? However, I have realized that my age represents my unique advantage, not a hindrance!
The experiences I have had in life pertain to me individually, but the way my life has been shaped because of these experiences allows me to share with others what they might not otherwise hear. Everybody has a different story about their lives, and I don't know who could be impacted by the things I share; therefore, I am approaching this blog with the intention of documenting my journey
Whether recounting great memories, sharing my ambitions, or teaching what I learn along the way, I am aspiring to document my life, and can only hope that others will be positively affected through my journey. This blog has been established for over a month now, with posts on all varieties of subjects. As I consider what the blog means to me as well as what I hope results from developing content, I realize that I want to document the process of pursuing and living out my dream life, making this journey accessible and applicable to anyone hoping to live their envisioned future.
I don't want to portray myself as a motivational speaker or deceive anyone into believing I'm chasing the "bottles and models.” I am not advertising phony success or some lavish lifestyle like those bombarding you on social media. I want to remain honest about my life and allow others to be impacted, however that may apply in their life.
My process won't be perfect – that's the point! As I continue pursuing my ambitions, things may shift – from the content I produce, to the methods, timing, and platforms I share that content through. I have been blessed with ambition and creative desires that others may not possess, which I hope can enable others to live happier, more meaningful lives, without limiting beliefs or the regret of missed opportunities. This is why I started a blog. I hope you enjoy!
